NJ Division of Workers’ Compensation announces closing for COVID-19

The New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation announced today that it will close for three (3) weeks as part of the State’s ongoing efforts to contain the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus.  This suspension of workers’ compensation court proceedings will begin on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 and continue through Friday, April 3, 2020.  All matters scheduled during that time will be re-scheduled.
